After a severe car accident, I went on a 7 year journey of healing and transformation, surviving 7 major surgeries and recovering from a brain injury that I was told had only a 1% chance of restoration. This journey taught me many things, not the least of which being the supreme natural ability of the body and mind to heal themselves when given the correct formula for success. 

Helping others to achieve their own wellness and fulfillment is my life's passion!  I have been immersed in personal psychology and transformation for over 40 years.  I am one of a few people in the nation to receive a doctorate in Transformational Psychology.  I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, certified in Ericksonian Hypnosis and holding an International Certificate in Career and Life Coaching as well as Trauma Resolution.
